General Managing Director (GMD)
Amb. Dr. Owomoyela completed his undergraduate studies at Obafemi Awolowo University in 2006, where he earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) degree. Following his passion for law, he became a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA) in 2007, showcasing his commitment to the legal profession.
In 2008, Amb Dr. Owomoyela commenced his legal career as an associate at Owolabi & Oyefeso Law Firm in Lagos, Nigeria. During this time, he gained valuable experience working on a wide range of legal matters, including contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and corporate law.
Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Amb. Dr. Owomoyela ventured into the field of real estate development and established Next Gear Homes in 2014, where he currently serves as the Group Managing Director. Under his leadership, Next Gear Homes has emerged as a prominent real estate company in Abuja, Nigeria, known for its commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
Amb Dr. Olusola Ilesanmi Owomoyela is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of expertise in law, real estate development, and humanitarian work. Born and raised in Nigeria, he has made significant contributions to various fields throughout his career.
Ambassador Dr. Olusola became a member the Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN) in 2018, with a keen interest in real estate development demonstrating his dedication to promoting professionalism and ethical practices in the real estate industry.
In 2019 He is also a member of Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
Ambassador Dr. Olusola founded and serves as the President of Mercy Drops, a non-profit organization based in Abuja, Nigeria. Through Mercy Drops, he strives to provide humanitarian aid, healthcare services, and educational support to underprivileged individuals and communities.
Ambassador Dr. Olusola’s notable achievements, extensive experience, and dedication to his profession and community make him a respected figure in Nigeria. His multidimensional expertise in law, real estate development, and philanthropy exemplifies his commitment to personal growth, social responsibility, and the betterment of society as a whole.
Executive Director
Adenike Owomoyela
Adenike is a dynamic and accomplished individual with a strong educational background and a passion for business and professional development. She has made significant strides in her academic pursuits and has demonstrated a commitment to empowering women in business. She holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy (2011), Master’s degree at the prestigious University of Ibadan, graduating in 2017.Recognizing the importance of women’s representation and leadership in the business world, she is an Associate of Women in Management, Business and Public Service (WIMBIZ) in 2022.
This affiliation showcases her dedication to empowering women and creating a supportive network for their professional advancement. Adenike’s pursuit of excellence and continuous learning led her to pursue her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from York St. John University in London. This international experience has broadened her global perspective and provided her with valuable insights into the global business landscape. In addition, She actively engages in philanthropic activities, supporting causes related to education, women empowerment, and community development. Her commitment to social responsibility exemplifies her well-rounded approach to success.
Business Development Manager
Ebenezer Akume
Ebenezer Akume is the Business Development Manager of Next Gear Group; He comes from an extensive real-estate background with a experiences in Human Resources Management, Property Management & Security, and Web Technology Development. He brings a wealth of knowledge in the real estate sector and is an avid supporter of providing opportunities to young Nigerians. His expertise and understanding of modern Human Resource Management has helped in the development of key HR strategies.

Adachukwu Ezife
Adachukwu Priscilla Ezife is a highly accomplished individual with a diverse range of expertise in banking, customer relations, fisheries, youth development, information and communication technology (ICT), and Human Resources Management. With an impressive educational background and extensive experience in various fields, she has made significant contributions to her professional pursuits. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Fisheries and Aquaculture from Kogi State University (2018). She is also a member of the Fisheries Society of Nigeria (FISON), participated in the MFB Ag.Dev Fellow program with My Farm Base Africa in 2020.
This experience provided her with valuable insights into sustainable farming practices, agricultural financing, and the promotion of agricultural entrepreneurship. In the same year assumed a leadership role as the Director of Training and Customer Service Officer at the Tranquil Youth Organization of Nigeria (TYON), certifications in Communication Management and Introduction to Cybersecurity( 2022).
She is an active member of the World Aquaculture Society (WAS) and a member of Women In ICT. With her extensive experience and expertise in human resources management, Adachukwu has proven herself as a skilled HR Manager. Her proficiency in talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development has contributed to the success of the companies she has worked with and this accompisments highlight her passion.
Head of Legal
Elijah T. Bamidele Esq
Elijah T. Bamidele Esq is the Head of the Legal department at Next gear group with radical expertise in litigation. He holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Obafemi Awolowo University and a Barrister-at-Law from the Nigeria Law School respectively. A member of the Nigeria Bar Association and Institute of Mediators and Arbitrators; he engages in research in human rights advocacy especially as it affects the indigent in the society who are objects of victimization, exploitation and social injustice. He currently oversees the Legal operations of Company which cut across court advocacy, Real Estate Law Practice, corporate law practice and research among others.
Chief Sales Executive
Sandra Udenze
Sandra Udenze is a leading sales and marketing executive with over 4 years of experience in the industry. She has a proven track record of helping the company build their brand, drive sales, and increase profits. With a degree in Electrical/Electronics Technology and a passion for creativity. She started as a Customer Service representative in Next Gear Homes Limited and grew to the Chief Sales Executive position. In addition to her expertise in sales, marketing, customer relations and retention, she is also a highly skilled communicator, negotiator, Content Creatior, Social Media/Digital Marketing Manager, ICT skill and a problem-solver.
Administrative Officer
Maureen Anayo
Maureen Anayo is the current Administrative Officer at Next Gear Homes Limited. She is a B- Tech holder from Federal University of Technology Akure, with a discipline in Microbiology.
She has a variety of skill having several work experience being an On air personality with Futa radio 93.1fm , in which she rose to the position of head of Programs (Sports) before joining the team as the Customer Service Officer at Next gear homes.

Eng. Akinade Adebayo
Engineer Akinade Adebayo is a Civil Engineer
With an educational background from the Federal University of Technology Akure and a Masters in Engineering (M.Eng) from the University of Agriculture Makurdi – Bachelor in Engineering (B.Eng).
Council for the Regulation of Engineering in Nigeria (COREN Registered). With a wide range of experiences such as Specialist in Building construction and Road Construction and
8 years of Cognate experience.
Sr. Sales Executive

She is a Bsc holder from Federal University Lafia,she had a one year work experience as a promoter with NASCO company before joining the team, currently works as a Senior Sales Executive at Next Gear Homes Limted. She is a go getter,passionate about making sales and meeting the needs of clients,a great team player and her favorite quote about sales is “Don’t find customers for your product,find products for your customers “(Seth Godin).
She utilizes her administrative, marketing, and interpersonal skills with accuracy, and effciency while maintaining a motivated, productive, and goal oriented environment for the entire professional team.
Logistics Officer
Jude Esemuru
He is the logistics officer at Next Gear Homes, he has event planning background with experience in decoration. He is very careful in carrying out his duties and has the team work and zeal to get a perfect job done within a given time.
Senior Architect
Oladipo Oluwasayo
Oladipo Oluwasayo is the Head Architect at Next Gear Group with an experience in developing conceptual plans for commercial/residential buildings, software instructor and also Graphic designer.
